Alisha S. Jimenez is a licensed attorney and mediator who practices in the areas of timeshare law, real estate law, estate planning and probate law.  Ms. Jimenez is licensed in New Jersey and Florida and currently assists clients in both states. 

 

Ms. Jimenez graduated from Salisbury University in 2009 with a B.A. in Psychology. She then went on to pursue a Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Jimenez served as an intern in the Juvenile Delinquency division of the State Attorney’s Office for the Ninth Circuit. In addition, she also served on the Executive Board for the American Association for Justice as chair for the new member committee.

 

In addition to her law degree, Ms. Jimenez is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent. Ms. Jimenez has experience working with some of the largest timeshare developers and exchange companies in the world. Her experience and knowledge of the timeshare industry, combined with her legal expertise, lends itself to both developers and timeshare consumers alike, as well as business owners and start-up ventures with the hospitality industry.
